Detailed description
Scope of application:
Used for general belt conveyor weighing in factories, as well as accurately feeding for crusher, ball machine, screening machine, or other processes. Can also be used to monitor production output, and monitor product loading and product storage.
Features:
Double idlers six-point-bearing type, no friction trunnion fulcrum, simple structure, few force transmission links, simple and convenient to install.
·Fully enclosed structure is moisture proof, shockproof, and anti-accumulation of material, so as to reduce the problems usually produced by coupling of the blade and bearing.
·Two weighting sensor, little impact of unbalanced loading, smooth, high measuring accuracy.
·Resistance to lateral forces, horizontal force, can effectively reducing the belt deviation and the impact of blanking offset on system accuracy.
